This Chemical is taken orally and is used to treat or prevent diseases like hypercholesterolemia, depression, memory loss, Alzheimer's disease, dementia, schizophrenia, bodybuilding, delaying weariness in endurance sports, preventing neural tube anomalies, and cancer. Choline is frequently classed as a vitamin. It belongs to the water-soluble family of B vitamins. It was once referred to as vitamin B4. Like other vitamins, it makes a major contribution to nutrition, but its daily requirement seems to be hundreds of times higher.

It is a basic lecithin component that can be found in many different plant and animal tissues. All of the body's cells need choline for the effective transport of fat from the liver. It also benefits liver cleansing by keeping the liver free of fat accumulation that could accumulate and harm it.
